Endless Rain

Every day since I met you,
It’s been raining smiles;
With thunders of laughter,
And lightnings of love.
My heart has been filled,
Right up to the brim,
With an endless kind of love;
Washing away,
All the fears in my heart.
An endless rain,
That doesn’t need to stop;
I seek no shelter,
No roof above my head;
I’m not afraid,
Of the storms you create.
I’d gladly be soaked,
And even get sick,
If it means I get to tilt,
My face up to look at you;
Feeling my heart pitter patter,
With every drip and drop,
Of love you give.
